Senior Project Manager - Water + Environment Market
Our Water Environment Market has an opening for a Senior Project Manager with an engineering background to work on projects related to water and wastewater treatment projects.
The Senior Project Manager will work delivering projects but will also serve as a Market Design Leader assisting with the delivery of detailed design projects in the market and as a project executive for several clients in the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Delivery
* Oversee multiple complex water infrastructure projects to ensure all aspects of project management are fully coordinated through planning, design, procurement, construction, and delivery.
* Provide leadership and direction for the execution of water infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, stormwater/conveyance, and treatment projects.
* Understand project goals and communicate them to project teams to ensure client expectations are consistently achieved.
* Collaborate with client personnel, public agencies, and other stakeholders to build operational insight for driving projects and executing deliverables.
* Supervise, delegate, and mentor technical staff and engineers.
Market-Wide Design Leadership
* Contribute senior-level technical design expertise to our W E Technical Leadership Program for water, wastewater, stormwater/conveyance, and treatment projects.
* Lead and oversee design quality and innovation across projects in the assigned market.
* Establish and maintain design standards aligned with industry best practices and the firm's brand and goals.
* Work closely with the MVP to evaluate project risk for a portfolio of design projects in the market
Client Management and Growth
* Support business development by attending interviews for pursuits, developing client relationships, and facilitating presentations to internal and external teams.
* Collaborate with EVP, MVP, and Business Development Leaders to develop and implement strategies that grow our water business, with a focus on clients in the Georgia/Alabama business zone.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Structural Engineering, or other related fields is required.
* Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure is required.
* A minimum of 15 years of professional experience working in water, wastewater, stormwater/conveyance, and treatment projects in a consultant capacity is preferred, as well as at least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing project delivery.
