The Design Manager supports successful project delivery by leading the design process across a variety of construction projects.

This role oversees design development from early concepts through detailed design, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance while coordinating closely with internal teams and external consultants.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Design Manager, you will guide all design activities from preliminary and schematic stages through to final detailed design.

Working alongside the Project Director and Preconstruction Project Manager, you’ll coordinate design reviews, manage schedules, ensure adherence to standards, and prepare tender packages that support project planning and execution.

Your leadership ensures the design process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with project goals.
