As a Consulting Senior Associate, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Compliance based in Washington, DC, you’ll play a key role in helping clients meet regulatory requirements, reduce risk, and advance their sustainability goals—all while protecting people and the planet.

What You'll Bring
Required
* Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
Or equivalent experience.
* 1–2 years of EHS experience, ideally in technology, data centers, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus analytical and organizational abilities.
* Ability to multi-task, work independently, and travel locally up to 60% of the time.
* Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Preferred
* Certifications such as ASP, EIT, CHMM, OSHA30 or similar.
* Familiarity with EHS compliance programs and management systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with EHS compliance, sustainability, and due diligence transaction projects.
* Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programs.
* Conduct EHS compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
* Support development of EHS compliance and management system programs.
* Provide on-site EHS compliance support to clients as needed.
* Perform Phase I environmental site assessments for property transfers.
* Conduct environmental fieldwork and audits, including sampling and ecological studies.
* Carry out inspections, incident investigations, safety observations, job safety analyses, and risk assessments based on OSHA requirements.
