Job responsibilities


* Oversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks


* Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration


* Collaborate closely with CCOR leaders and firmwide stakeholders to understand incentives, constraints, and priorities and drive delivery through organizational alignment and buy-in


* Go beyond coordination, and provide thought leadership for early warning on potential roadblocks, frame problem statements, propose solutions, get buy-in, execute, and escalate when needed


* Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluency


* Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies


* Drive and support a team-wide focus on compliance by design across our products, integrating continuous controls monitoring, exception management, and automated evidence collection


* Leverage and modern technologies, including AI/ML capabilities, and champion their integration into our product lines, driving measurable efficiency gains across our processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Applied experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization


* Proven track record of effectively managing resources and budgets in a fast-paced, agile environment


* Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
