Associate Product Delivery Manager - Employee Compute

As an Associate Product Delivery Manager in the Employee Compute organization, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and lifecycle management of desktop and mobile products for JPMC employees.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product deployment, user support, and continuous improvement of the employee technology experience.

Key responsibilities



* Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies .


* Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability


* Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines


* Own and maintain a catalog of desktop and mobile hardware product standards, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.


* Ensure that all catalog standards are available for purchase in all global regions, working with procurement and regional teams to address availability and compliance.


* Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure timely deployment of critical patches and compliance with enterprise standards.


* Serve as a point of contact for employee feedback, requirements gathering, and issue escalation.


* Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles for employee self-service.


* Track product adoption, usage trends, and support metrics to inform future demand and prioritization.


* Support the development of business cases for new features or product enhancements.

Qualifications


* 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area


* Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area


* Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related field.


* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


* Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large enterprise environment.


* Familiarity with desktop and mobile hardware manufacturers (Apple, Dell, Samsung, etc) is a plus.


* Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
