Georgia-Pacific's Corrugated Packaging division is seeking a proactive and process driven Inside Sales & Commercial Enablement Specialist to serve as the critical bridge between our sales and customer service teams.

In this pivotal role, you will be the engine that drives tactical sales execution, manages a portfolio of accounts, and ensures a seamless handoff from quote to onboarding.

You'll have the opportunity to leverage your organizational skills and commercial acumen to free our field sales team to hunt for new business while providing our customer service team with a dedicated commercial partner.

What You Will Do


* Own the end-to-end process for sales support activities including new item setup, price management (quoting), quality management, and customer onboarding coordination.


* Serve as the primary owner and day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of accounts (e.g., distributors, small local customers), building strong relationships and ensuring their commercial needs are met.


* Proactively build and nurture a target list of accounts, conducting initial outreach to generate and qualify new leads for the Field Account Manager team.


* Support the Field Account Managers by preparing background data, presentations, and volume trend insights for strategic opportunities and RFP/RFQ responses.


* Act as the essential liaison between the Sales and Customer Service teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring a smooth flow of information during new business implementation.


* Monitor on-time and in-full fulfillment (OTIF) and quality metrics for transitional accounts, feeding insights back to the sales team to help identify growth opportunities.
