Aesthetician Lead

Work Schedule :

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift.

Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

No weekends or nights required.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

* Serve as the team lead over other aesthetician staff including coordinating, assigning and guiding work activies.


* Educate, train and lead team meetings with the cosmetic center staff on skin care products and sales.


* Participate in skin care services and provide treatments.


* Maintain our skin care product lines and supplies.

Qualifications


* Graduate of a school of Aesthetics or Cosmetology Required


* Bachelor of Science in a clinical field, Business Management, Marketing, or similar area of study Preferred

Work Experience


* 3 years of experience with skin care product consultation and education Required


* 3 years of experience as practicing Aesthetician in a physician-based setting Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Licensed Aesthetician in the state of Wisconsin Required


* Cosmetology Manager's License, if a licensed Cosmetologist Required


* Basic Life Support/CPR Required
