The Job Details are as follows:

The Lead SaaS Software Engineer is expected to work closely with the business unit to clearly define and understand the operational processes and challenges including technical specifications related to the application(s), business units, integration and enhancements identifying how the solution(s) can support and improve existing processes, enhancing the KPIs.



* Perform a variety of enhancement, customization, and support activities for Backoffice SaaS applications such as Zendesk, Replicon, Khoros, Aha, Salesforce, OneTrust, NetSuite, and Cobblestone.


* Build, maintain, and support integrations and APIs using tools like Dell Boomi, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems.
