About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate and reliable Full Time Night Audit Supervisor / Manager to lead our Front Office operations during the overnight shift.

You’ll ensure our guests enjoy seamless service — from late-night arrivals to early morning departures — while overseeing accurate financial reporting and smooth nightly operations.

Whether you’re warmly welcoming a guest after a long journey, guiding the Night Team, or completing essential end-of-day processes, you’ll embody True Hospitality in every interaction.
Your Night-to-Night


* Oversee and balance all daily financial transactions using Night Audit reporting


* Supervise, support, and guide the Night Team, including Night Auditors, GSAs, and Porters


* Provide timely, personalised assistance to guest requests and after-hours needs


* Ensure safety, security, and compliance throughout the night


* Communicate effectively with key departments to ensure a smooth handover to the morning team


* Deliver warm, professional service that reflects the Crowne Plaza experience

What We’re Looking For


* Previous Front Office or Guest Services experience, ideally in a supervisory or night audit role


* Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail


* Confident using Opera PMS and Microsoft Office


* Calm, solutions-focused, and reliable under pressure


* Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays


* Valid driver’s licence and RSA certification
