Onsite-Night Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM EST

As the Analyst, Supply Chain Systems, you will be instrumental in helping us deliver the world-class solutions our clients require.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Serve as analyst for system upgrades and support.


* Define business problems and their system solutions, including analyzing alternatives and ROI.

Plan schedules, interface with users, develop implementation plan documents, configure systems, train users and provide post-implementation support.


* Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to the company's customer management process.


* Participate in the development of new business opportunities with existing clients and develop proposals for additional services.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent related work or military experience


* 1 years of experience with implementation or support, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of web-based applications, WMS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and small parcel shipment systems


* Expertise and experience in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, or distribution


* Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reporting


* Understanding of current information systems technologies such as client/server, relational databases, web-based systems, and object-oriented design


* Incident Management, including knowledge of ticketing tools, such as Service Now, Jira Service Desk, and Zendesk.

It'd be great if you also have:


* Master's degree


* Oracle SQL programming experience


* 5 years of experience with WMS dev...
