Dublin Post Acute Care is seeking a dependable, energetic Cook/Dietary Aide to join our dietary team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about serving residents, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and takes pride in preparing quality meals that support resident health and satisfaction.
✨ Responsibilities

Cook Duties:


* Prepare and cook meals according to the facility's menu, dietary guidelines, and resident preferences.


* Ensure proper food temperatures, portion control, and attractive presentation.


* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas.


* Follow safe food handling procedures and infection control standards.


* Coordinate meal service with dietary aides and nursing staff.


* Assist with inventory, stocking, and monitoring food supplies.

Dietary Aide Duties:


* Assist with meal prep, serving meals, and setting up meal trays.


* Deliver food carts to units and ensure timely meal service.


* Clean and sanitize dishes, equipment, and dining areas after meals.


* Follow resident dietary restrictions, textures, and allergies.


* Provide excellent customer service to residents and families.

? Requirements


* Previous cooking or dietary aide experience preferred, especially in healthcare/long-term care.


* Ability to follow menus, recipes, and dietary instructions.


* Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.


* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.


* Must pass background check and meet facility health requirements.
