Occupational (Outpt) Therapist

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Day shift, Monday through Friday, Variable hours, generally 0800 - 1630, No weekends or holidays.

You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:


* Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications



* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Licenses & Certifications



* Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure.

Required


* Valid State driver's license and proof of liability insurance.

Required


* CPR certification/bi-annual.

Required


* An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment.

An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired.

A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
