About Global Pricing:

A team working across the business units and with multi-functions to integrate a streamlined end-to-end pricing framework to optimize margin performance and drive value for J&J MedTech:


* Global Pricing Strategy - utilizing a harmonized best-in-class approach to pricing strategy development in alignment with Global Marketing


* Global Pricing Excellence – managing global pricing corridors and planning & forecasting to identify pricing opportunities through pricing frameworks, analytics and data driven insights to accelerate the value capture in the regions.


* Global Pricing Data & Analytics – providing differentiated & intelligent analytics through a globally scaled data ecosystem

Role Purpose:

The Manager, Global Pricing Strategy will focus on accelerating innovation, driving business unit portfolio strategy initiatives, delivering the price plan in line with financial commitments.

The individual will interface with business unit marketing teams and actively engage in driving strategic decisions with regards to portfolio pricing, work on enhancing existing and introducing new global capabilities, strategies and processes aimed at creating significant commercial value and competitive advantage for JJMT.

Key areas of responsibility:


* Partner with Global Strategic Marketing on brand ladder and product lifecycle pricing frameworks across the business unit focusing on portfolio strategy, leveraging of value products, and margin optimization to support topline growth.


* Champion a value based NPI pricing methodology across in alignment to the R&D, Launch Excellence and Business Development processes.
