Job Description

 

As a Business Controller you will provide finance and business leadership to specified Brand/Disease teams.

As finance representative within a cross-functional setting (Country Value Teams), you will play a key role in supporting, challenging and driving sales projections and investment decisions.

Towards business partners, you will promote budget education and accountability to improve financial understanding and forecast accuracy.

You will build trust by delivering compliant financial statements and managing risk. 

In parallel, you will actively participate in regional finance projects or workstreams to help shape the finance function for the future, including our digital transformation.

As a key member of the J&J Innovative Medicine Italy Business Unit finance team, you will contribute to an engaging, collaborative, mindful team and support in the delivery of the BU Finance vision to the J&J Innovative Medicine Italy Operating Company.

Together with Global Services, you will ensure accurate and timely recording of all actuals, Business Plan and forecast updates.

While managing operating expenditures and Sales Forecasting, you provide business rationale, make recommendations for resource allocation decisions with short and long-term focus and influence outcome using fact-based data.
