Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM), a Johnson & Johnson company, is recruiting for a Postdoctoral Researcher to be located at our office in either New Brunswick, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ, or Spring House, PA.

Remote work options within the US may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

This is an exceptional opportunity to apply Radiology AI/ML to oncology research, with the potential to significantly influence the development of novel cancer therapies.

The successful candidate will work closely with interdisciplinary teams at Interventional Oncology within JJIM to design, develop, and validate models leveraging unique real-world imaging datasets with comprehensive clinical data enriched with expert annotations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of Radiology AI/ML development with clinically meaningful applications such as disease characterization and outcome prediction.

Preferred experience includes applying Radiology AI/ML in clinical settings and exposure to oncology, particularly solid tumors such as lung cancer.

Key Responsibilities:


* Conceive, develop, and implement analytics and AI/Machine learning radiology solutions to high-priority scientific problems


* Participate in cross-functional collaborations with external companies and internal scientific, clinical, and data science teams


* Shape internal/external collaborations and define the scope of research questions
