Business Retention and Sales Representatives Compensation


* Total Target Compensation (Base pay + Commission) $28.05/hour+


* Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

As a Business Retention and Sales Representatives you will be Responsible for supporting Comcast Business Services in their efforts to retain our existing customer base requesting disconnect of service.

You will be expected to Empathize with clients, help them resolve outstanding issues and renegotiates the terms of their agreement.

Responsibilities:


* Uses active listening, empathy and assumes ownership of customer issues through to resolution.


* Communicates a professional sense of urgency, with various departments, to rectify customer issues.


* Minimizes fall out by strategically offering product bundles and price points that meet the needs of the customers' budget and business applications and expands their product mix with Comcast.


* Meets or exceeds budgeted retention goals for all product lines.


* Demonstrates strong problem solving and communications skills.


* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Qualifications:


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Minimum 1-2 years of commission-driven sales experience


* Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely


* Reliable internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps speed
