Functional Lead - SAP FI

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $114,400 - $171,600 per year, which
includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United
States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within
the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Description

We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and skilled Functional Lead - SAP FI to support the digital transformation within Schneider Electric's North America Market (NAM).

As a member of NAM Digital and respective program Scrum team you will lead definition, planning and delivering iterative releases of our digital platforms using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

You will work closely with Finance business process owners, Product management, Solution Architects, Scrum team members, and enabling teams.

The Functional Lead - SAP FI partners with Business Process Owners and product management teams to drive transformation by providing functional design leadership and identifying modern technology solutions leveraging industry-leading practices.

This role is primarily focused on solution architecture, process design, and strategic decision-making, rather than hands-on configuration.

The Functional Lead helps develop transformation roadmaps and identify and quantify value drivers to support business objectives.

What will you do?
