The Job Details are as follows:

The Director of Resource Sharing will lead all aspects of the planning and development of services that help libraries share their collections.

Libraries' end user expectations are being influenced by the products and services they use outside of the library (e.g.

Amazon, Google, and ChatGPT).

Library users expect fast access to anything, anywhere, anytime.

Libraries are looking to OCLC to help them enable seamless, fast, and transparent fulfillment and delivery experiences for their users.

You will lead the transformation of OCLC's Resource Sharing products to enable libraries to provide these great experiences for their users.

To meet this need, automating and streamlining library processes and workflows will be critical.
