Chase Auto Marketing Strategy Director-Luxury Brands

As part of the prestigious JPMorgan Chase franchise, we serve vehicle manufacturers, auto dealers, and consumers with a comprehensive suite of financial products and services-from retail lending and captive financing to commercial services such as floorplan products, treasury services (including deposits, cash management, and payment processing).

As the Marketing Strategy Director of Luxury Brands within Chase Auto, you will bridge the gap between the Managing Director and the Vice Presidents of Marketing Strategy for Jaguar Land Rover, McLaren, Maserati, and Aston Martin.

You will oversee the strategic alignment and execution of marketing initiatives across automotive partners, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness in driving brand growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise and experience in D2C automotive marketing within a large enterprise, collaborating closely with automotive partners and in-house operational teams to achieve business goals and support the Chase Auto Private Label Captive Plus program.

Job Responsibilities:



* Provide strategic direction and oversight to the team of Vice Presidents, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing vision and objectives set by the Managing Director and in support of the Chase Auto Private Label Captive Plus value proposition.


* Facilitate collaboration among the strategy managers to develop cohesive marketing plans that leverage both paid and owned channels, including Chase-owned assets, digital platforms, social media, direct mail, and events.


* Establish metrics and KPIs to track the success of marketing campaigns, ensuring scalable volume and efficient cost across all partnerships.


* Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and the strategy managers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with the Executive Director of Marketing Strategy, Luxury; Executive Director of Dealer Marketing, Retail; Internal Auto Brand operating teams; and OEM brand counterparts.


* Oversee the marketing budget across all assigned auto partners, ensuring proper allocation and tracking of expenses, and managing vendor and agency relationships.


* Drive continuous improvement by identifying new marketing tactics and strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and test/learn agendas within the team.


* Work closely with xLoB to enhance partner engagement with Private Banking, Wealth Management, Business Banking, Home Lending, Credit Card, Connected Commerce, and Sports & Entertainment.
