VP, Card Product Manager
As a Product Manager in our Small Business, Card Client Services & Benefits team, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of innovative, value-add benefits that enhance our customer's experience.
As the voice of the Small Business customer, this person is responsible for end-to-end product management-from concept to launch.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer service, marketing and sales, to ensure the successful delivery of new solutions that drive customer value and help achieve business growth.
Job responsibilities
* Develop and execute product strategies that align with Small Business Card's vision and goals.
* Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements and new offerings.
* Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
* Define new features, gather requirements and create user stories for back-end and front-end services.
* Define and monitor performance, identify enhancements and create remediation plans.
* Communicate product vision and updates to internal teams and external partners.
* Manage product backlog, ensure agile metrics, and support production, issue resolution and prioritization.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, digital, product management, or Agile software development.
* Passion for understanding customer needs and building digital products.
* Ability to think strategically and connect details to the bigger picture.
* Proven success in collaborating and influencing decisions with multiple stakeholders.
* Proven track record of managing risk and controls.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience in the finance industry including card, digital wallets and/or e-commerce.
* Strong knowledge of APIs, open banking, and engineering practices.
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
