As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Cash Operations Transformation, you will be trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.
You will work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job Responsibilities:
* Define and document business requirements for new product development.
* Articulate process flows, including customer interactions and operations intervention.
* Address functional and non-functional requirements, covering product features, operational needs, regulatory compliance, and scalability.
* Perform impact and gap analysis for business initiatives.
* Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology partners to define future state.
* Work with the UAT team to ensure thorough testing.
* Track initiative progress, identify potential issues, and collaborate with partners for resolution.
* Drive operations readiness for new product rollouts.
* Conduct defect analysis, prioritize issues, and explore alternative solutions.
* Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks and boost efficiencies.
* Support change management activities and monitor adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* Seasoned experience in Banking.
* Strong understanding of Payments and Operations.
* Proficient in Agile methodology and project management.
* Exceptional problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Adept at multi-tasking and balancing priorities.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical thought process.
* Self-motivated and tenacious, with excellent time management skills.
* Demonstrated performance in product management or relevant domain area.
* Skilled in executing operational management and change readiness activities.
* Experienced in product deployment processes.

* Adept at working in matrix organizations and dynamic high-performance teams.
