ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:

We offer paid, full-time summer internships for many majors, with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow.

To help launch your career, we provide dedicated staff mentors.

You’ll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts.

As part of the Federal Reserve System, you’ll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation.

You will begin in early June 2026 and will be based in the Dallas office.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM:

The legal intern will be performing job duties typical in a corporate legal department to assist the staff attorneys.

The ideal candidate will display strong communication, writing, interpersonal skills and will be technologically proficient.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:


* Summarizing and outlining legal documents and research


* Conducting legal and records research


* Reviewing legal forms for accuracy


* Preparing reports and correspondence


* Drafting memoranda, litigation, and other legal documents


* Reviewing and drafting routine contracts and agreements


* Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING:

The candidate should currently be enrolled in an accredited Law School and have completed at least two years of study.

WORK HOURS:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m.

– 5:00 p.m.

(40 hours/ week).

Some additional hours may be required
