Lead Operations Coordinator (Hybrid/Remote in Indiana)
Description & Requirements
Maximus is hiring a Lead Operations Coordinator for the Indiana Child Mental Health Wraparound (IN CMHW) program.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments for our Indiana Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) program.
The successful candidate will ensure assessments, intake paperwork and program referrals are completed in accordance with state directives, MAXIMUS processes, and regulatory timeframes.
In addition, the Lead Operations Coordinator will provide support to assessors throughout the state of IN and review completed CANS assessments.
This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals access vital support services.

* This position requires daily travel, approximately 50% within the region you are hired in, to conduct CANS assessments in clients' homes and obtain signatures on necessary documents.

About the program: We are contracted with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) to begin management of the Statewide Child Mental Health Wraparound Access Site.
In this role, Maximus assessors will work with Indiana youth and their families to provide them with informational in-person consultations about available resources and where appropriate, administer assessments.
The State will review assessment results and make decisions about potential eligibility for various wraparound around services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge and documentation of operational and system processes.
- Create, review, and present program documents, business and software specifications, process flows, and test cases.
- Lead special projects with cross functional teams to implement project management processes and applications related to reporting solutions based on stakeholder inputs.
- Monitor and interact with end users and cross functional teams to assist in technical troubleshooting Remedy Help Desk tickets to provide resolution results.
- Create, develop, and maintain policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Document complex program and system needs for both technical and non- technical audiences.
- Works closely with other departments to optimize operational activities.
- Support leadership and product owner and stakeholders on project priorities
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 6+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least two (2) years of experience in one or a combination of the following areas: clinical work, skill-building, case management, child welfare, juvenile justice, or K-12 education.
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience completing clinical assessments.
