In this role, you will:
* Perform standard and non-standard absorbency testing to advance project learning and problem solve, working in collaboration with material and product scientists.
* Support project learning plans through product acquisition, scheduling & executing bench performance testing, small scale study planning/placement, coordination of hand-making products and visuals, prototyping, experimental product trials.
* Advance equipment capability and digital analysis tools.
* Sustain critical supplies, lab equipment and test methods relevant to our product innovations.
* Provide protection to technologies and materials through appropriate use of patents and trade secrets.
* Interact daily across the R&D community of consumer, product, process, and material experts.
* Be accountable for the development of improved or new materials that deliver on consumer needs and improved performance in personal care absorbent products.
* Provide leadership and decision making from the SAM/Urine absorbency lab perspective to advance our understanding of absorbency issues, opportunities, and material innovations.
* Work across internal and external partners including R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, Safety, Building Services and suppliers as required by absorbent lab needs to advance learning in accelerating business environment.
