LOGISTICS/OPERATIONS TRAINER/BILINGUAL PREFERED

Under the direction of Warehouse Leadership, plan, implement, and oversee functions related to associate training.

Minimum

Desired
- Warehouse associate with some practice in leadership
- Previous experience in training personnel on company and department processes- Deliver skills training, procedural training, and non-procedural training sessions
- Interact with warehouse associates to determine and resolve issues related to safety and training
- Communicate effectively with warehouse associates, management and leadership team on training issues that impact the facility.
- Communicate with operations regarding tasks to be completed
- Ensure that employees are well trained and that their training is documented
- Conduct orientation and safety training for new associates
- Train, certify and re-certify associates on proper equipment operation
- Build team cohesiveness through on-going communication
