Procurement Intern
What will you do?
* Change Management for Projects: You will be responsible for creating and managing Change Requests for SBO and QVE projects, ensuring that every modification is implemented effectively and efficiently.
* Price Update Processing: Process price update requests to ensure our data reflects market realities and maintains competitiveness.
(GPS ticket creation)
* Supplier Collaboration: Conduct Requests for Quotation (RFQ) with suppliers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the best quality and prices for our organization.
* Supplier Connection: Facilitate the connection of suppliers to the master portal (SSP-SRM), enhancing communication and collaboration in our supply chain.
* Category Operations Support: Provide support in specific categories such as stamping, non ferrous Raw Material, Heat Treatment & Non Ferrous Sheet Metal, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards (Isave creation and follow up with Clusters, Price Change Database & Cost Models and Price List consolidation)
* MRBR Support (Invoice and Statement of Account resolution)
* Tail supplier cleanup / reclassification into Sap System

* Graduating on December 2026 or later
* Active bachelor students related to:- Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering
* English Level:- Advanced
* Proactive, eager to learn and self-driven
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to work in dynamic environments and multitask.
