Purpose:

Johnson & Johnson Information Technology, Corporate Business Technology, seeks a Fellow Architect to provide strategic leadership and ownership in developing AI architectural strategy while advancing the capabilities and effectiveness of Quality teams.

This role will contribute to the advancement of Quality Architecture and lead the development of a comprehensive AI Architecture for CBT.

The position will influence the future AI strategy for CBT.

You will be responsible for:


* Design and deliver robust solution architectures aligned with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.


* Communicate complex technical decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders required.


* Champion reusable, composable, and scalable components while ensuring compliance with security and data governance required.


* Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to align technical implementations with architectural standards, enhancing speed to value.


* Design data platforms and products that meet business needs and adapt to evolving models.


* Monitor industry trends in data architecture and AI to proactively address future requirements.


* Provide guidance on architectural matters, focusing on detailed solution architectures and integration strategies.


* Facilitate alignment between business objectives and IT initiatives across product teams.


* Partner with technology and product owners to refine technical backlogs based on business value and resource feasibility.
