The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public. The Floor Technician provides floor cleaning and maintenance services promoting a safe, sanitary, comfortable and homelike environment for our residents, staff and the public.

Requirements:

* Prior maintenance experience preferred.


* Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.


* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
