Job Summary:
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role involves communicating via phone and email, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
