Law Department – Administrative Assistant

Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including interacting with all levels of management and administrative support inside/outside the company.

Minimum
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to handle ever changing scope of assignments and project
- Self-motivated with project coordination experience and an ability to work independently to prioritize and organize work based on changing and challenging deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects on a daily basis
- Excellent administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail

Desired
- Experience working in a law firm
- Customer service experience
- Experience as an administrative assistant- Provide administrative support and problem-solving assistance toward the fulfillment of departmental responsibilities and initiatives
- Coordinate and organize schedules, meetings and travel for multiple attorney's
- Manage incoming phone calls from internal and external customers
- Maintain calendars for multiple attorney's
- Process and handle the delivery of mail and overnight packages
- Manage and maintain invoices, expense reports and records
- Support teams by pulling, formatting and delivering reports on time and with exceptional quality
- Provide backup to other administrative assistants
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
