DEPCOM Power Inc.

is looking for a highly detail-oriented, agile, and accountability-driven Contract Manager to support the Director of Supply Chain Contracts in full lifecycle oversight and management of vendor contracts supporting our renewable energy EPC projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent ability to pivot focus and balance efforts to meet shifting and multi-stakeholder priorities in a fast-paced environment, high-responsiveness to team-member and stakeholder needs, and in-depth working knowledge of full lifecycle contract management best practices.

This role is based out of the headquarters in Scottsdale AZ.

Hybrid or Remote (greater US) candidates with previous contract management experience may be considered.

Remote positions will require occasional (>10%) travel to AZ HQ.

What You Will Do

General Activities:



* Identification and mitigation of deviations, gaps, and risks in compliance requirements


* Implementation of contractual commercial levers and balanced risk approaches


* Close engagement, collaboration, and SME contributions with internal stakeholders


* Prepare regular reports and briefs and/or lead calls on contractual actions, lessons learned, status updates, and knowledge transfers


* Actively contribute to value-additive initiatives for enhanced processes, efficiencies, cost-savings and effectiveness cross-functionally


* Actively contribute and/or lead department initiatives for processes and resource development supporting contract management best practices.

Specialized Activities



* Risk mitigation support and coordination with delivery teams and other stakeholders


* Lead contractual document drafting, interpretation, and comparative analysis efforts


* Redlining and negotiation to include proposed stances and alternative approaches for mutually beneficial results


* Contract normalization and document management
