What you will do

The Owned Channels & Influencer Lead for Aveeno Megabrand at Kenvue is responsible for developing and executing the brand's social media strategy, website content strategy and influencer strategy approach across various categories, including Adult and Baby.

This role aims to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and relevance through creative content and effective management across these channels.

The Owned Channels and Influencer Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure the brand remains competitive in landscape and has consistent messaging across channels.

Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning


* Collaborate with Global and Local Category teams to ensure brand equity remains cohesive and consistent, while developing and executing plans tailored to local needs and priorities.


* Partner closely with Local Category, Global, paid media, PR, CX teams to drive a holistic Paid, Owned, and Earned approach to market.


* Own day-to-day budget management and execution for influencer and owned channel programs.


* Provide thought leadership on vision and best practices for the marketing of today and tomorrow

Influencer Strategy & Execution


* Develop and implement influencer strategy for Aveeno® US.


* Work closely with Global team to deliver on influencer toolkits and strategy.


* Create tiered influencer strategies across micro, mid-tier, macro, and VIP levels for both short- and long-term partnerships.


* Maintain a strong understanding of social platforms, content best practices, rights and usage, and cultural trends to inform strategy.


* Set clear KPIs and track learnings for all influencer campaigns, delivering monthly and program-level reporting
