Job Summary:

The role serves as a key operational and systems support partner within the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment processes and optimal use of technology platforms.

This position acts as a subject matter expert in the applicant tracking system (ATS), facilitates communication between stakeholders, and enhances the candidate experience from application to onboarding.

The role also contributes to process improvement initiatives, supports compliance and documentation standards, and coordinates logistics for candidate interviews and agency partnerships.

With a strong focus on efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this position plays a critical role in enabling a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
