We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Data Asset Owner! This hybrid position will be located in Raritan, NJ; alternative location may be considered in Ghent, Belgium.

The role collaborates closely between business/end users and technology systems development teams for business needs requiring technology-based solutions.

Responsibilities include identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.

The role also influences and recommends improvements to business processes through new or existing technology.

Key Responsibilities:


* Accountable for data asset lifecycle management (i.e., incident, change, performance, adoption, periodic reviews) and data management strategy (data source, data quality) for the end-to-end CARVYKTI supply chain.


* Partner with JJT and Digital & Data Science teams to define and deploy integrated data standards.


* Collaborate with ATSC teams (e.g., Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, V2V, Global Cell Collection, Commercial, Clinical) to translate business requirements into actionable use cases.
