This position within Strategy & Operations team, is a part of the commercial organization at Janssen Biotech of Johnson & Johnson.

This group is responsible for Congress and Conventions strategy and execution across the portfolio.

As Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of congresses and conventions across the Oncology Franchise, ensuring a world-class customer experience and supporting health policy advocacy.

You’ll collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to drive impactful commercial activities and operational excellence. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Reporting to and working in partnership with the Director Congress and Conventions Management, this individual will ensure operational excellence related to planning, budgeting, vendor management, internal stakeholder engagement for major Oncology Congresses.  

Congress & Convention Leadership 


* Own the planning, budgeting, and execution of major Oncology congresses and conventions. 



* Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for attendees throughout all pre-, peri-, and post-congress activities. 



* Serve as Congress Lead, managing communications, scheduling, meeting debriefs, and performance metric reviews. 

Operational Excellence 


* Deliver key operational workstreams and execute the Congress Excellence Framework. 



* Identify and implement innovative improvements in policies, procedures, and technology.
