Position Summary:
The Director of System Orthopedic Logistics will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving transformational programs across the orthopedic supply chain ecosystem.

This role will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end logistics operations, including the technical support of a state-of-the-art distribution center, deployment of digital technologies, and operations of a value added service center.

The Director will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:


* Strategic Leadership:
Lead the execution of a comprehensive end-to-end distribution strategy for North America logistic, focusing on four pillars: People, Process, Automation, and Technology.


* Program Execution:
Oversee high-impact initiatives including the support of atechnology distribution center, implementation of orthopedic digital applications, and end to end systems support.


* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders including Commercial, Supply Chain Leadership, IT, Quality, Customer Service, and Mooresville site leadership to ensure alignment and successful delivery of strategic programs.
