We are searching for the best talent for Planning Co-Op to be in Guaynabo, PR.


* The typical Co-op term is from January to December, 2026


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week)

Purpose:

Reporting to a Planning Manager, the Planning Co-Op is responsible for generating business reports to support core team responsibilities, perform data compilation and analysis, attend business meetings, and provide support to basic business processes, as requested.

You will be responsible for:

Under direct supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Responsible for accurately and timely collecting, analyzing, consolidating, and reporting relevant data for the planning team.


* Prepares dashboards and ensures they are accurate on a timely manner.


* Creates and develops new tools to improve the efficiency of the existing planning processes.


* Participates and collaborates in the preparation of presentation decks.


* Connects and networks with the internal and external teams daily.


* May be responsible for a planning segment within the business.


* Makes recommended adjustments to the models and parameters.


* Looks for new ways to achieve better statistical forecasting performance.


* Provides required support and training for Planning Analysts, as required.


* Covers other Planning Analysts, ad hoc, when the business requires it.


* Follows EES policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.


* Completes training in areas of responsibility within allowed time-period.

Completes required periodic re-training in areas such as safety & environmental.


* Follows all company safety policies & other safety precautions within work area.
