The Director, Learning Excellence, plays a critical role on the Immunology Learning Excellence leadership team by leading the Gastroenterology Learning Excellence team and enhancing field performance through innovative learning and development programs.

This role will help foster a culture of continuous learning and development to drive maximum business impact and increase competitiveness.

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have a demonstrated track record of commercial success, while building a high-performance culture and developing talent for greater organizational impact.

 The Director of Learning Excellence will lead Leadership Development initiatives that support people leaders, and this leader will instill Competitive Selling skillsets to advance market share in Gastroenterology.
