We are recruiting for a Manager, Supply Chain Procurement VC to be in Limerick, IE.

The Manager VC SCP will be responsible for ~$50MM spend for Vision Care and across Medtech in our Alcohols & Solvents sub-category.

This spend is high complexity in nature and requires a collaboration with key stakeholders within the business to execute.

This individual will identify, develop and direct the implementation of Procurement goals and strategies.

He/She will report directly into the Senior Manager, VC SCP.

He/She will provide global leadership for developing end-to-end sub-category leadership such as category strategy development, fostering key relationships within the Business and managing key supplier relationships.

The position must shape, connect and lead resources to deliver on key strategies, priorities and projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


* Develop and drive the Procurement vision for, with and through the stakeholder community.


* Develop the vision, strategy and implementation plan for the assigned Vision Care spend that will effectively meet the long-range requirements of the business partners and deliver the maximum value for J&J


* Leverage market intelligence data and tools to develop an in-depth knowledge of the Alcohols & Solvents space, supporting the development of Market Engagement and Category strategies.
