Sr. Architect - M&A Endpoint Technologies

This Architecture Senior Advisor leads technical due diligence and integration for Endpoint, Collaboration, and Identity technologies during mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

The focus is on delivering secure, resilient, and employee-centric outcomes at speed and scale throughout the deal lifecycle.

You will serve as the primary architect and execution leader, ensuring seamless integration while maintaining business continuity and optimizing colleague experience.

Responsibilities


* Lead Architecture Across Deal Lifecycle: Own technical architecture for Endpoint, Collaboration, and Identity through all M&A phases-Pre-LOI, Due Diligence, Day 0/Day 1 planning, and Day 2 integration.


* Design Secure, Scalable Solutions: Architect integration patterns that prioritize security, scalability, and user experience across workplace technologies.


* Drive Execution: Translate architectural strategies into actionable roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams-including engineering, security, and business stakeholders-to deliver on integration objectives.


* Govern Standards and Risk: Establish and enforce standards for security, compliance, and user experience while mitigating risk and ensuring business continuity.


* Financial and Value Tracking: Estimate costs, manage budgets, track synergies, and provide vendor recommendations to maximize value realization.


* Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear documentation and executive-level updates on progress, risks, and outcomes throughout the integration process.

Qualifications
Required:


* 10+ years of experience in End User Computing, Collaboration, or Workplace Architecture, including at least 3 years leading M&A integrations.


* Deep expertise in endpoint platforms, collaboration and messaging tools, and identity and access management technologies.


* Proven ability to translate architecture into execution in partnership with engineering, security, and business teams.


* Strong skills in documentation, risk management, and executive-level communication.

Preferred:


* Experience working in regulated environments and with technologies supporting eDiscovery, legal hold, and Zero Trust security patterns.


* Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) analytics and architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.


* Prior experience with carve-outs and Transition Service Agreements (TSAs).


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
