Assistant Director of Nursing

Shift: Full-time, Salary

Hours: Variable

The primary role of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility.

Will ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:


* Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse and/ or Registered Nurse license


* 2-3 year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility, preferred.


* Compassion, professionalism, and strong communication and organizational skills
