* Evaluate residents' physical therapy needs and create customized care plans


* Lead therapeutic exercises and mobility training


* Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed


* Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other rehab team members


* Educate residents and families on continued mobility practices

✅ What We're Looking For:


* Valid Physical Therapist license in California


* Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred


* A genuine passion for helping others live life to the fullest
