Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, MobX, Redux, CSS, Kotlin, Java, Swift, Xcode, and Android Studio.

The role involves developing high-quality, scalable mobile applications, leading technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences across iOS and Android.

Primary Functions:


* Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.


* Build cross-platform solutions using React Native and integrate with native modules.


* Implement state management using MobX/Redux.


* Ensure responsive UI/UX with clean and efficient TypeScript/JavaScript/CSS code.


* Work with Xcode and Android Studio for builds, deployment, and debugging.


* Develop native modules/features in Kotlin, Java, and Swift when required.


* Optimize app performance, scalability, and security.


* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers.


* Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce best practices.


* Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, frameworks, and tools.

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timings: 9:00am to 6:00pm IST / 10:00am to 7:00pm IST
Location: Mumbai

What We Are Looking For:


* 5-7 Years of experience in mobile app development.


* 2-3 Years of leading a team.


* 5 Years of experience in React, React Native, TypeScript, and JavaScript.


* 3 Years of experience in MobX/Redux for state management


* Strong understanding of CSS and responsive design principles


* Exposure to SQL/NoSQL databases and performance tuning techniques


* Solid experience with native development in Kotlin, Java, and Swift.


* Proficiency in using Xcode and Android Studio.


* Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs


* Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.


* SVN or any version control system

What Would Make You Stand Out:



* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment


* Knowledge of GraphQL, Firebase, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).


* Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies


* Experience with app store/play store deployment processes


* Contributions to open-source or published apps.


* Knowledge of Crashlytics


* Additional certifications in mobile development frameworks/tools are a plus
