Innovation Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an Innovation Portfolio Analyst to lead and continuously improve innovation portfolio data and reporting processes.

This role ensures data accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth.

Role Accountabilities:


* Collect, analyze, and maintain innovation portfolio data, ensuring accuracy and security.


* Design and manage database strategies; provide insights through data analysis for portfolio and business intelligence.


* Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.


* Support integration of innovation portfolio processes across local, regional, and global teams.


* Partner with stakeholders to enhance digital tools and improve data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.


* Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, database management, or reporting.


* Strong skills in Power BI, advanced Excel, and data visualization.


* Good at English both verbal and written


* Critical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.


* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
