Senior, Engineering Technologist

Join our advanced manufacturing team and play a key role in bringing innovative designs to life.

As a Senior Engineering Technologist,  you’ll manage 3D printing operations, support engineers, and ensure high-quality output for critical projects supporting the R&D group.

Key Responsibilities:


* Operate and maintain 3D printers (polymer and metal), CNC machines, and related equipment.


* Create and modify CAD models for prototypes and production parts.


* Process print requests:  review files, validate printability, and schedule jobs.


* Manage print queues, materials inventory and ensure timely delivery.


* Inspect printed parts for quality and troubleshoot errors.


* Track usage and prepare utilization reports.


* Train team members on printer operation and best practices


* Support in design, prototype, and development of Automation projects

 

Qualifications:


* Technical diploma is preferred, along with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with 3D printers and CAD platforms (NX, SolidWorks, etc.).


* Knowledge of machine tools, electrical/mechanical systems, and measurement tools.


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams.



* Familiarity with electrical controls and cutting methodologies.


* Experience programming CAD tools for prototype development.



* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
