The Role:

Are you passionate about payroll accuracy and compliance across multiple markets? We are looking for a Regional Payroll Specialist to manage the payroll processing for multiple countries.

Our Regional Payroll function delivers centralized services for over 10 countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What will you do?


* Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and audit risk free.


* Process in-house payroll using a payroll system for the assigned countries.


* Review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with the payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations.

Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy and timeliness and achieve successful audits.


* Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports.


* Create/Maintain payroll documentation (Work process, pay advice, approval documents etc.).


* Maintain data updates in HR information systems.


* Participate in projects to drive work simplification, digitization, and automation.


* Manage stakeholders and employees; query handling, communication, and training.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* At least 2 years of payroll experience.


* Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Mathematics, Accounting or other relevant discipline.


* Strong numerical & analytical skills and attention to detail.


* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel at Intermediate level.


* Independent, organized, and time conscious.


* A team player with a growth mindset and appetite to learn.
