Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday

Working in our properties across the North East, our office is based at Mercury House, Belmont, Durham

What you’ll do


* Carry out plastering and tiling repairs, maintenance and refurbishments


* Complete whole jobs with a multi-skilled approach


* Use mobile technology to log jobs and keep things moving


* Work safely and follow all health and safety rules


* Look after your van, tools and materials

You have


* NVQ Level 2 in plastering or tiling


* Experience in domestic housing repairs and maintenance


* Skills in other trades and a flexible, can-do attitude


* Confidence using technology and learning new systems


* A full UK driving licence

The practical bits


* You’ll work Monday to Friday


* We work between the hours of 08:30 am to 4:30 pm with an on-call allowance


* You’ll cover a patch in the North East region, working across key locations


* You get a van for business use and commuting, plus a fuel card


* You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for
