Our cloud-based application, PrognoCIS is a fully-integrated solution comprising EHR, Telemedicine, Practice Management, Medical Billing, RCM, Patient Engagement tools, and more.

Built on multi-tier Internet architecture, PrognoCIS EHR supports all major specialties and has fully customizable templates.

The integrated architecture supports common databases for all Prognocis products to ensure seamless, real-time information flow between EHR and Billing.

PrognoCIS is available both as an ASP service or an in-house Client-Server solution.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, this professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through comprehensive testing processes.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to drive the success of our products.

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timings: 9:30AM to 6:30PM IST

Location: Mumbai, Nagpur

Responsibilities & Duties:

1.

Analyze software requirements and technical specifications.
2.

Participate in requirement and design review meetings.
3.

Develop and document application test plans based on business requirements and technical specifications.
4.

Create detailed test cases including clear expected results.
5.

Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality and stability.
6.

Identify, log, and track software defects through resolution using tools like JIRA or similar.
7.

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
8.

Contribute to automation, API, security, and performance testing initiatives.
9.

Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and test coverage.

What we are looking for:

1.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

2.

Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.

3.

Manual Testing: Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and UI testing.

4.

Automation Testing:

Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

Basic understanding of scripting in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

5.

API Testing: 

Working knowledge of tools like Postman or REST Assured.

Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and status codes.

6.

Security Testing (Basic Exposure):

Awareness of common vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL Injection, XSS, Authentication/Authorization checks).

Exposure to tools like OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite (Community Edition).

7.

Performance Testing (Basic Exposure):

Familiarity with tools such as JMeter, Locust, or k6.

Understanding of load, stress, and scalability testing concepts.

8.

AI in QA (Preferred):

Awareness of AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Testim, or Mabl) for test case generation or defect predi...
