Channel Marketing Specialist

The Role: Channel Marketing Specialist

What will you do?


* Define & Implement country Services channel strategy taking guidelines from global Services strategy & partner programs.


* Ensure that all programs features are in place to meet with commercial efficiency objectives and partner satisfaction


* Provide the partner 'needs and feedback to the offer managers and country's marketing team in charge of delivering offers, pricing, tools and end to end journey to partners.


* Closely work with Country Sales & Marketing teams on 1/ Platforming to determine what accounts to be assigned to partners based on location & capabilities 2/ discount policy


* Assess and Select the partners candidates


* Set orders/revenue growth targets with partners considering the product/application offer priorities


* Achieve annual services orders and growth targets for the list of end users assigned to your partners' portfolio.


* Sell with and through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales team


* Ensures partner's compliance with partner agreements and boost his digitization journey


* Train partners to promote & sell our offers & manage the development of partners' technical skills


* Ensure delivery of Sales /Technical Trainings and release their badge/ certification


* Analyze the existing channel business in the zone to create a development strategy with services partners at zone level related to Industry, Secure Power and Power businesses


* Ensure handshake between zones & countries BU VP & Services VP to develop services growth with channels


* Proactively support the country to define the services channel strategy as per global guidelines


* Detail the full content of Services partner program to country Services Channel sales and Marketing team


* Support country during Platforming exercise


* Deliver Commercial Policy guidelines, explain process methods for Country marketing and Services Channel sales to implement it


* Train Services Channel Sales/ Marketing leaders on offers & tools (IB2Diag, mySchneider)
