Schedule: Mon - Fri 730a - 5p

Travel required: Urbandale and West Des Moines offices - Week 1: Rotation in WDM Mon - Thur, Week 2: Tues - Fri

Requirements



* Associate's Degree


* Registered Dental Hygiene active state license, included but not limited to, radiograph, CPR, and local anesthesia state required certifications.


* Pediatric experience, preferred


* Local Anesthesia license preferred
